In this original family restaurant, family’s mother called Odigitria is the one who cooks, the father, Mr Panagiotis is the one who catches and grills the fresh fish.
Family’s grandfather looks after the garden and collects fresh vegetables and herbs for you, while the grandmother, who bakes the traditional pies and pastry is always happy to share traditional recipes and welcome you to her kitchen to teach you how to cook in a traditional Kimolian way.
The awarded bartender George Tressos, the youngest of the family, makes delicious cocktails using raki, mastic liqueur and local wine.
